The 13th Workshop on RF Superconductivity (SRF2007)
THIRD ANNOUNCEMENT
The 13th Workshop on RF Superconductivity will be held on Oct. 15-19, 2007 in Beijing, China. Prior to the Workshop, the tutorial session will be organized on Oct. 11-13, 2007.We appreciate your concerns and warmly welcome your presence.The following information is for your reference.

Oral Presentation
- If you cannot participate in the oral presentation due to the unexpected situation, please do inform the conference secretariat before September 30.
- Time Limit
Each presentation time indicated on the Program includes speech and Q&A sessions (please refer to the Program).Please have a strict time control on your speech.
- PPT Submission
Projector and laptop will be available for oral presentations.It is suggested that you send the PPT of your presentation to the conference secretariat through srf2007@pku.edu.cn in advance.You can also submit your electronic file PPT during on-site registration.
Poster Format
- Each participant for poster presentation will be provided with one side of a board, which is 90cm in width and 150cm in height.
- Please refer to the program for your poster session, during which you are supposed to be on site.
Paper Preparation and Submission
The Proceedings of SRF2007 will be published on JACoW. Please prepare your manuscript according to JACoW format.Please do submit both electronic and hard copy of your paper when you register upon arrival.Participants are highly advised to submit the electronic version to the secretariat before the conference so that the status of the papers can be checked during the conference.For details please see:

Industrial Exhibition
- The deadline for the registration of industrial exhibition is September 30.
- The position selection priority depends on the order of the booth fee payment.

Transportation:
- You are recommended to take a taxi which can be easily found from the taxi station outside the International Capital Airport waiting hall.Please show the Chinese note (attachment 1) to the taxi driver if you do not speak the Chinese language.It takes you about 120Yuan RMB from the ariport to Friendship Hotel, or Beijing Post & Telegraph Conference Center, or Peking University.
You can also take a shuttle bus from the airport to the North Gate of the Friendship Hotel (please see the stop location at the Friendship Hotel on the attachment 3), which costs 16Yuan RMB per person.
- It is suggested that you exchange money at the bank of the airport.
- On Oct.11-13 and Oct. 1 5-19, shuttle buses to the tutorail and conference venue will be arranged for those who stay at the Friendship Hotel.Please pay attention to the time schedule upon on-site registration.If you miss the bus, please take a taxi, which takes you about 15Yuan RMB from the hotel to the conference venue.
- For those who stay at the Beijing Post & Telegraph Conference Center, you need to walk to the conference venue by yourselves (attachment 2).
- If you stay at non-conference arranged hotels, transportation is at your own arrangement.
Accommodation
If you stay at the conference arranged hotels,
- The deadline for hotel reservation is September 15.
- Please find your name on the list of SRF2007 participants for check-in at the front desk.
- Accommodation fees are expected to be paid directly to the hotel.
VISA
The document for helping your visa application（被授权单位签证通知表）is being sent out by email.If you need the hard copy or have not received it, please inform the conference secretariat.
