Syntheses of CdS Nanoparticles in the Aqueous Solution of CH3CSNH2 and CdCl2 by Homogeneous Reaction

Abstract:
CH3CSNH2 and CdCl2 were mixed in the aqueous solution,and heated in water bath to prepare CdS nanoparticles,the size of which was about 5 nm.The factors that affect the size of CdS nanoparticles,such as the concentration of reactants,the heating time and the stablizers,were discussed.
